A consulting service that aims to assess the level of organizational performance in the entity using the Philanthropic Excellence Model for the non-profit sector.
The service includes conducting a self-assessment in collaboration with the organization’s team, analyzing the assessment results to identify strengths and gaps in institutional practices, followed by the submission of a follow-up report containing the assessment results and recommendations, as well as the conduct of a workshop to identify improvement priorities and develop a proposed roadmap to enhance institutional excellence within the organization.
